Ancestral Journey 2011
Last May I embarked on an ancestral pilgrimage to the lands of my ancestors in Europe. I visited Scotland, England, Norway, and Sweden with stops in Belgium, Switzerland, and Iceland, and a swing through my home state Colorado.
You can read all my blog posts from my trip here.
I went on the trip to connect with the land, to interact with the people, and to gain a better understanding of my roots. I learned a tremendous amount about myself and I deepened my relationship with my ancestors. I’m currently working on a book about the trip that I will publish this spring that will help you create a journey like this for yourself.
You can see photographs from my trip here.
