What is

Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a type of meditation that helps one cultivate presence, calm, and focus. This can be achieved through sitting and observing the breath, walking in nature, toning, and many other methods. It is especially effective for those managing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and executive functioning gaps.

 

I offer mindfulness training for children and adults through workshops and individual sessions. 

 

Sessions are 30 minutes and can happen in person or on the phone/online. Individual sessions are $40. Contact me to schedule a session.

Mindfulness Workshops and Classes

I am available to teach mindfulness workshops and classes. I have taught mindfulness in classrooms and summer camps, and with individuals. My classes are a combination of teaching the background and benefits of mindfulness as well as experiential exercises. Past clients include UC San Francisco, UC Berkeley, and The Berkeley School.

Most recently, I led a mindful hour at Pride Center of Vermont.
