Meditations to Calm and Ground You
Did you know that I offer three free meditations? You can access them at my SoundCloud page and they are easy to stream anytime.
One is a guided meditation that helps you ground. I walk you through connecting with the earth and bringing in energy that will allow you to feel connected and present.
The second is a guided meditation that allows you to release negative energy. This is great for when you've had an interaction with someone that left you feeling dragged down, or when your own negative thoughts are making it hard to move forward.
The third is a progressive relaxation meditation that is useful for falling asleep or finding relaxation at any time.
