Getting an energy healing can feel like a massage for your psyche and energy field. It assists you in letting go of other’s energy that you’ve acquired by merely being a person and interacting with others. An energy healing makes sure everything is in working order, and it also provides you with shiny new energy that can make moving through the world easier so you can get back to fighting for liberation and a better world. This isn’t spiritual-bypassing love and light only wellness. Rather, it’s helping you be your best possible self so you can do the amazing things you’re here to do.

Ancestral healings are a specific process Katrina developed that gives a healing to your ancestral line and can help you move forward without being stuck in old patterns and beliefs. It can also open doors to new relationships with your ancestors.

During either of these healings, we can help you discover guides and ancestors who are here to provide support. This often feels incredibly validating and empowering.

These healings are especially beneficial for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, activists, entrepreneurs, parents, neurodivergent folks, and intuitive people.

Healing Session

During a one-hour healing session I’ll clear blocks, connect you with your guides, and help you find clarity.

Choose from a general healing or an ancestral healing. A general healing will remove energy you’re holding on to that you no longer need, give a big hug to your energy system (chakras and aura), and help you navigate life with more of your own awareness and knowledge.

An ancestral healing will specifically clear out energy and emotions from your ancestral line, and provide a healing both for you and your ancestors.
